SHIPPING

Orders will be processed within two business days (Monday through Friday). Orders received after 1:00 p.m. on any business day will be processed the next business day.

To determine the shipping charge, please add your selected items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout. You will be able to review the shipping charge prior to completing the sale.

International shipping charges will be calculated the next business day, and a customer service representative will contact you via email to confirm the total shipping and handling charge. This is based on several factors, including the total price of the items to be purchased, the weight of the package, and its destination. PLEASE NOTE: International orders are often subject to duties and taxes charged by the customs office of the destination country. Harari is not responsible for any such duty or tax charged.

Once your order is shipped, you will be notified via email of your UPS Tracking Number.

ONLINE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your online purchase.

You may return your online purchase for a refund within 10 days of delivery of the merchandise. Harari accepts for return merchandise that is not on sale, and that is unworn with the original tags attached. All refunds will be applied to the original payment method used. If merchandise is returned that does do meet this criteria, your account will not be refunded and the merchandise will not be returned to you.

Returned merchandise will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number printed on the shipping box. A Return Authorization Number (R/A) number, can be requested by emailing our customer service department at harari@eharari.com and specifying the merchandise to be returned. You will receive and R/A number within two business days of your request. Once you have the R/A number, (i) securely repackage your items in the same packaging (or comparable package) in which the merchandise was shipped, (ii) enclose a copy of the sales receipt, and (iii) ship your return package to:

Once we receive the returned merchandise and process the refund, we will email you the refund receipt. Please note that this email will be sent to the email address you provided for your original order.

IN-STORE RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Harari accepts for return merchandise that is not on sale, and that is unworn with the original tags attached. In-store returns are refunded in the form of store credit only, absolutely no refunds.
